If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with the item that you have purchased, we will happily give a refund, within 7 days of your receipt.
The item must be in its original packaging, and should not have been used in any way, (for eg., filled with water) and must be fit for resale. A 20% restocking fee may apply if the product is used, abused or not in a resalable condition.
We will require a receipt, a note with our name and address and your refund will be issued within 3 days by cheque.
We are unable to refund the cost of postage and packaging.
Unless the reason is through the fault of Simply Birth, refund can only be offered within 7 days of receipt.
Our Pools are made in small batches allowing for every single pool to be fully inflated for 24 hours before leaving the manufacturer. This procedure reduces greatly the number of faulty products.
It is vital that you test your pool as soon as possible to ensure that there are no manufacturing defects.
You may return the item for replacement or full purchase price refund for up to 7 days from the date of delivery, any longer than 7 days and it is entirely at the discretion of Simply Birth.
Shipping costs for returned merchandise that is not damaged or defective is not refundable under any circumstances.
Upon receiving the returned pool, Simply Birth will inspect your claim and in the event of a manufacturing flaw will be pleased to refund the postage and repair or replace the pool.
This warranty does not cover: punctures, cuts and abrasions sustained in careless uses or improper storage.
Over inflation is a major cause of leaks. Inflating to full hardness can damage the seals. DO NOT inflate with a compressor or high pressure pump.
Note that we must be notified of damaged goods within 7 days of receipt, no repair or replacement will be accepted after this period.
